We have just published the 3nd edition of our Decision Poker Cards:
Play poker with your team to find the right decision style for the decisions that need to be made.
The team is then able to independently determine the degree of autonomy or responsibility it wishes to take on.
This enables you to reach a shared understanding of the degrees of freedom and responsibility desired in the shortest possible time.
Decision Poker is suitable for teams of up to 9 people. The card set consists of 9 sets of 8 decision style cards each along with instructions and an overview of the different decision styles (German/English).
