Young Talent - Leadership Program

Occasion / Goal:                   

  • Basic qualification of managers at different levels who have been in management positions for less than 2 years
  • Increasing individual leadership competence (following an internal nomination process) with reference to the internal requirements profile
  • Networking of managers from the different companies of the same organization

Target group:                      

  • New executives and project managers from various holding companies

Program elements:    

  • Five presence modules á (3 + 2 + 3 + 3 + 3 + 2) days
  • Self-organized peer group meetings
  • Complex company simulation

  • 90 % individual learning
  • 10% organisational development
