Senior Management Transformation

Program elements:        

  • Five face-to-face events between 1 and 5 days
  • First and last event with board participation
  • Working on business-related topics in peer groups
  • Intermodular communication: webinars, self-organised peer group work and telephone peer group sparring
  • Unusual learning formats: Business Simulation in Wilderness, Visiting Social Projects, Learning Journey

Levels of learning:                         

  • 30 % individual learning
