New Work

Once conceived by software developers and established as an agile manifesto of the software industry in 2001, agile principles today provide an effective extension of existing management and leadership practices in the form of New Work / Agile Leadership.

How can agility in existing companies be specifically increased? Working consistently on the definition: A company has become more agile when it has increased its adaptabilityadaptability  to changing market requirements, also known as VUKA (volatility, uncertainty, complexity, ambiguity).
