Head of Department Qualification Program

Occasion / Goal:                   

  • First "formal" qualification of managers at department manager level
  • Increasing individual leadership competence with reference to the updated internal requirement profile for managers
  • Development of competence to lead in change processes
  • Networking of managers

Target group:                                     

  • Department heads who lead other managers (team leaders)

Program elements: 

  • Three obligatory presence modules (2 or 3 days)
  • An optional module on the topic "Leading in Change".
  • Individual leadership feedback within the framework of an action-oriented complex learning project
  • Collegial counselling within the modules
  • literature service
  • Intermodular individual reflection tasks

Levels of learning:                                  

  • 90 % individual learning
  • 10% organisational development
