Cross-functional management curriculum

Occasion / Goal:            ​

  • Basic training for an organization-specific understanding of leadership
  • Interdisciplinary networking

Target group:                            

  • Training of newly appointed and externally recruited national and international managers (team leader to director)
  • So far approx. 240 participating executives in 20 German and English language courses

Program elements:     

  • Four presence modules á (3 + 2 + 2 + 2 + 2) days
  • Self-organized peer group meetings
  • Literature and video service
  • Complex company simulation

Levels of learning:                          

90 % individual learning, 10% organisational development
