Viewing organisations as a negotiating platform

We advise clients on the basis of a systemic understanding. That means that we see organisations as complex, non-trivial systems in which the aspirations and goals of the organisation itself and those of the different stakeholders (for example, employees) are constantly renegotiated.

The focus of our observations is the interactive level, in other words the "negotiating platform" of the organisation and the interaction of the "players". On the one hand, the quality of the interaction is determined by the organisation's explicit and implicit rules and its structures and processes. On the other, the results are determined by the actions, attitude and skills of the people involved Success factor 1 corporate culture.
