Improving cooperation and efficiency
Teams need more than just specialist skills to make the most of their potential for synergy: they always need times when they can reflect on and question their working methods, their performance and their shared values and aims, as well as interpersonal aspects.
We always approach team development as a process made up of various elements depending on the team’s history and goals. In this process, we like to use experience-oriented exercises designed to draw out the required potentials and skills.
For example, the participants are given “tasks” they can only solve as a team. In this way they quickly gain insights into the team dynamics, which they can then reflect upon with our support. Strengths and weaknesses are brought to light and can be worked on and transferred to the workplace.
The result: better cooperation, extra motivation, a greater incentive to do well.
