Developing a leadership concept

Staff do not only react – they also take action. From their point of view, a leader is an important part of everyday working life, but not the only part. Long gone is the time of simple solutions; the idea that a leader simply has to master the right leadership tools for all the staff to willingly follow.

Leaders need to learn to form different relationships with every member of staff and in every situation. This is why we do not ask “What makes a good leader?” but “What makes a good leader relationship?”

In our work we help leaders develop the right inner attitude and select fitting tools. A self-concept which enables them to interact with staff as sparring partners, translators of corporate goals, interpreters, promoters and challengers. Making them an example others are happy to follow.
