Fit for leadership
leading people consciously
Whether a new recruit or a seasoned veteran: It is difficult for many management personnel members to skilfully balance trust and control and, in so doing, always find the right degree of proximity and distance. However, if a clear, transparently communicated management style is missing, lingering frustration and a feeling of increasing helplessness upon the part of management personnel and employees are the result.
“Fit for leadership” offers the foundation for the development of a targeted management culture in organisations. The participants in this programme develop a common language and a common understanding of management contexts.
Success is shown through clearly positioned management personnel who have a clear understanding of their roles, formulate their decision-making processes consciously and vary their management styles based upon the respective situation. They actively steer the individual development of their employees and promote the readiness to assume responsibility.
