Placing leadership in context

The more able leaders are to observe, evaluate and, if necessary, change their own behaviour, the more effective their leadership relationships will be. This entails a readiness to take a critical look at oneself – and more precisely, with oneself in relation to one's current situation in the company.

When we at Process One work with leaders, we invite them to scrutinise the following three areas:

  1. Themselves as people, with their individual biography, their personal values and preferences and their useful (to whatever degree) behaviour patterns.
  2. Themselves in contact with staff members. Here, the aspects described in Point 1 are evaluated, and alternative modes of behaviour developed.
  3. Themselves in relation to the company.

Experience shows that dealing with these three areas clearly defines the state of affairs – which is of benefit to everyone: leaders, staff and the company.

The specific courses for leaders we offer in this regard are Personal Leadership and Performance Coaching.
