We work as system consultants in the fields of management consultancy, leadership development and team development.

With a regular team of 15 salaried and freelance partners, we advise companies from the service sector, industry and commerce, including both medium-sized companies and international groups. Both types of company value the depth of our advice, our unconventional, unpretentious approach and our open work together as partners.

We uphold these values in our internal dealings. We support one another and develop in an exchange of ideas.
