Team leadership
An international food producer wishes to support new management personnel in entering their new role as team leaders with a clear leadership concept.
Process One is authorised to carry out team leadership training, into which an Add Venture Projekt® is integrated. At the beginning of the training, we provide the participants with management techniques and management styles which they can subsequently try out during the course of the Add Venture Projects. In this case, you will be allowed to address the topic of team development on an in-depth basis and to reflect upon its own function in this context. Furthermore, an MBTI questionnaire will provide you with information about personal conduct preferences.
The new management personnel return to their work with new self-awareness. They are conscious of their responsibility for their own development and the development of their employees. Furthermore, they now have access to the corresponding building blocks of methods and tools.
