Fit for Leadership

Changes in the organisational restructuring of a regional financial service provider require new managerial conduct by the managing directors of the branch offices.

Thus, after the restructuring, a managing director is responsible for three instead of only one branch office. The employees must have more self-reliance than previously which, at the same time, requires a changed consciousness on the part of management personnel.

Upon a supplementary basis for a comprehensive team developmental programme for all employees, the financial service provider authorises Process One to carry out Fit for Leadership training sessions for the ten branch office directors. The three-day workshop is supposed to enable the management personnel to autonomously develop the potential of its employees and to promote self-reliance. The management personnel become familiar with various management models and management styles. They address the question of what management ultimately means. They practice efficient communication, give constructive feedback and manage conflicts.

However, above all, they concern themselves with their new role and the expectations which are associated with it. This enables them to confront the new, much more complex tasks with clarity and inner strength.
